Zofia has undergone intensive training in expressive arts therapy, equipping her to use creativity as a powerful tool for healing and self-expression. Beyond traditional talk therapy, she is trained in advanced EMDR, including techniques for trauma processing and crisis intervention, allowing her to help clients process trauma in a structured yet flexible way.
Her dedication to these modalities reflects a deep passion for creative and experiential approaches to mental health, giving her clients multiple pathways to explore emotions, release pain, and foster resilience. By combining artistic expression with evidence-based trauma therapies, Zofia offers a unique, holistic approach that honors the mind, heart, and spirit.
Zofia has dedicated her time to several nonprofit clinics and agencies, including Dawn of Mercy, where she supports women who have experienced sexual abuse, and Agape Free Clinic, where she offers free mental health services to those in need. In addition, she serves as a coach with Freedom Coaching to help women overcome pornography compulsion and heal from sexual trauma, walking with them toward freedom and restoration.
Personally, Zofia is a Catholic lady with a love for glitters, paintbrushes, and the joy of crafting. Her faith inspires her to find grace in every little details of life and to cherish the beauty of creating something with care and intention. Whether it’s a colorful project or a simple handmade gift, she believes every creation carries a bit of God’s love and a spark of joy.
